Where Camarillo Compares Party Bus Rentals
Here's the thing: Partybusoxnard.net is not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, doesn't operate trips, and doesn't have a fleet. What it is is a quote-comparison website — one that makes it incredibly easy to see different party buses, minibuses, and charter buses available in Camarillo and the rest of Ventura County, along with pricing from multiple independent companies, all in one place.
Instead of calling company after company, explaining your headcount and itinerary over and over, and waiting days for quotes that never quite line up — you fill out one form and compare options in seconds. No account required. Free to use.
Available any time, any day. That's actually great news: because Partybusoxnard.net isn't tied to a single fleet, you get access to a much wider range of vehicles and price points than any one company could offer. Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party in Old Town Camarillo or a 56-passenger charter bus shuttling guests from the Camarillo Airport to a winery in the Santa Ynez Valley, the right vehicle is out there — and this is the fastest way to find it.

Find the Camarillo Bus Amenities You Want
Not every Camarillo group trip calls for the same setup. For a celebration night — a bachelorette crawl through Ventura, a quinceañera convoy, a post-prom run — a party bus with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system is the obvious fit. Corporate shuttles between Camarillo's business parks and a conference venue in Santa Barbara work better on a minibus, where reclining seats and climate control keep the team comfortable without the party atmosphere.
And for a 50-person group heading up to SoFi Stadium, a full charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays and an onboard restroom takes the stops and the scrambling out of the equation entirely. Amenities vary by vehicle; the quote form shows you exactly what each option includes.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 820-348-8290 before booking.
Camarillo Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Camarillo party bus rental prices shift with the vehicle size, the day of the week, and how long you need the bus. As a general planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs about $250–$350 on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends; and a full charter bus typically falls between $200–$350 per hour regardless of day. Per-day rates for a charter bus range from approximately $1,350 to $2,850.
These are planning ranges — your actual quote depends on your specific date, route, and headcount.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Camarillo
Coordinating group transportation in Ventura County is already a logistical puzzle — US-101 backs up heading south toward Thousand Oaks on Friday afternoons, the Route 34 interchange near Camarillo gets congested on game days, and anyone who has tried to park a caravan of personal cars at a winery tasting room on the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail knows how quickly that plan falls apart. Partybusoxnard.net makes the transportation piece easy so the rest of your planning can stay focused on the event itself.
The comparison model is the real advantage. Because the site pulls from a network of independently owned companies serving Ventura County — not a single fleet — you get a broader range of vehicles, package structures, and price points than you'd find by calling one operator. You fill out one form, answer a few questions about your group size and date, and you get options back in under a minute.
One-way trips, round-trips, multi-stop winery tours, full-day charters — all of it is available. Call 820-348-8290 any time, or use the online quote tool to compare vehicles and pricing from the comfort of your couch. It really is that easy.
Party Bus Rental Services in Camarillo
Whatever is bringing your Camarillo group together, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it. From airport transfers and wedding shuttles to concert runs, corporate shuttles, prom nights, game-day travel, winery tours, and school field trips — call 820-348-8290 to get started today!

Camarillo Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Camarillo sits between two airport options that each carry their own group logistics headaches. Camarillo Airport (CMA) (555 Airport Way, Camarillo, CA 93010) handles general aviation and charter operations — perfect for corporate groups arriving on private flights who need a clean transfer straight to a hotel or event venue in Thousand Oaks or Santa Barbara. For commercial flights, most Camarillo residents use Oxnard Airport (OXR) (2889 W 5th St, Oxnard, CA 93030), which is roughly 15 minutes west, or drive 60-plus miles south to LAX — a trek that turns into a two-hour crawl on US-101 if your group is trying to catch a morning departure during the summer peak.
A charter bus or minibus for a Camarillo airport shuttle solves the multi-car coordination problem entirely: one vehicle, one pickup point, everyone's luggage handled. For LAX-bound groups, the South Bay corridor on US-101 South fills up fast on weekday mornings, so the earlier you can confirm your departure window, the better. Call 820-348-8290 to set up your Camarillo airport transfer!

Camarillo Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Ventura County's bachelor and bachelorette scene runs from laid-back winery crawls on Highway 150 through Ojai to late nights on Ventura's Main Street — and the itinerary gets a lot more fun when nobody in the group is watching the clock on a rideshare app. A Camarillo bachelorette party bus rental with perimeter seating, LED lighting, and a premium sound system keeps the energy rolling from the first stop to the last.
A popular Ventura County route runs from Camarillo out to a winery or two in the Santa Ynez Valley, back through Ojai for dinner, then down to Ventura Harbor Village for the late portion of the evening. That's roughly 120 miles of driving spread across multiple stops — exactly the kind of itinerary where splitting into three cars and trying to stay together on winding Highway 33 through the Ojai Valley turns into a logistical mess. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus handles the whole arc.
Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375 — call 820-348-8290 for your specific date!

Camarillo Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A Camarillo birthday party bus is one of those upgrades that turns a good night into a great one. Instead of coordinating who's driving and who's navigating and who's already at the venue, the whole group loads together and arrives together. For a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, a party bus entrance is genuinely hard to top — and with white, black, and silver exterior options often available through the network, it's easy to match the vehicle to the event theme.
Popular local venues for milestone celebrations include Camarillo Ranch (201 Camarillo Ranch Rd), with its historic Victorian-era barn and outdoor event space, and various ballrooms and event halls throughout Ventura and Oxnard. A Camarillo birthday party bus rental takes 15 minutes to quote and eliminates the single biggest coordination headache of any big-group celebration night. Weekend hourly rates for an 18-passenger party bus run $275–$400.

Camarillo Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Camarillo is a short drive from some of the best concert infrastructure in Southern California, and most of it comes with a parking story that makes a bus the obvious call. The Kia Forum in Inglewood and SoFi Stadium — both roughly 55–65 miles southeast via US-101 and I-405 — are premier touring stops, and both sit in a corridor where the I-405/I-110 interchange turns a 55-mile trip into an unpredictable crawl on show nights. A charter bus keeps your group together on the highway, drops everyone at the venue entrance, and picks them up at a confirmed point when the set ends — no scattering across three rideshare staging zones at midnight.
Closer to home, the Santa Barbara Bowl (1122 N Milpas St, Santa Barbara, CA 93103) is about 35 miles northwest and is one of the most beloved amphitheaters on the West Coast — but the residential streets around the Bowl are narrow, parking is extremely limited, and the post-show backup on US-101 South is a well-known frustration for anyone who drove themselves. A Camarillo concert bus rental solves every one of those problems. Call 820-348-8290 for pricing in under a minute!

Camarillo Corporate Event Transportation
Camarillo's business landscape — anchored by the Camarillo Business Center, the tech and aerospace corridor along Daily Drive, and easy US-101 access — regularly generates the kind of group movement that makes a dedicated shuttle worth every dollar. Shuttling a team of 20 from a Camarillo hotel block to a conference at a Santa Barbara resort, or moving employees between the Las Posas Industrial Area and a corporate dinner in Ventura, is a coordination headache in personal cars and a non-event in a minibus.
For larger corporate gatherings at venues like the Camarillo Ranch (201 Camarillo Ranch Rd, Camarillo, CA 93012) — a popular meeting and event venue — a Camarillo corporate transportation charter bus handles the parking challenge that the Ranch's event lot creates when attendance climbs above 100. Sprinter vans are a strong pick for executive transfers between CMA and downtown Los Angeles. The quote form shows you available vehicles and pricing in under a minute — call 820-348-8290 any time!

Camarillo Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, milestone anniversary dinners, charity galas at Camarillo Ranch — when the group is large and the itinerary spans multiple stops, a private charter bus or minibus is the move that keeps everything on schedule. The Camarillo private event bus rental option works especially well for multi-generational groups where some guests are coming from LAX and others are local: one central pickup point in Camarillo, everyone on one vehicle, no one getting lost on unfamiliar Ventura County backroads.
The Ventura County Fairgrounds hosts some of the region's biggest private event draws, including the Ventura County Fair each August, where parking on Seaside Park fills fast and surrounding streets in downtown Ventura see significant post-event congestion on weekend nights. A charter bus drops your group at the fairgrounds entrance and handles the post-event exit cleanly. Call 820-348-8290 to talk through your specific itinerary!

Camarillo Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Camarillo is home to several high schools — including Camarillo High School and Rio Mesa High School just west in Oxnard — that hold proms and homecoming dances in the April-through-June window when party bus demand across Ventura County spikes sharply. A group of students splitting a Camarillo prom party bus rental between 15 or 20 people often comes out cheaper per person than individual rideshare charges across a full evening — and the group stays together from pickup to drop-off.
For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher pricing come March. The six-week window when Ventura County high schools hold their dances is the single tightest demand period of the year for party bus availability in this area. A 20-passenger party bus on a weekend runs $275–$350 per hour as a planning range.
The earlier you lock in the date, the better the selection and the better the price. Call 820-348-8290 now to hold your date!

Camarillo School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip organizers across Camarillo Unified School District know that coordinating parent carpools for a field trip to the Channel Islands National Park visitor center in Ventura or the California State University Channel Islands (1 University Dr, Camarillo, CA 93012) campus — which sits on a former state hospital site right inside city limits — is a planning headache that a single chartered bus eliminates entirely.
A Camarillo school event bus rental keeps the entire student group on one vehicle, cuts the pickup-and-drop-off logistics to a single run, and gives teachers a PA system to manage the group without shouting over highway noise. For longer educational trips — out to the Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard or up to Santa Barbara's Natural History Museum — a full charter bus with overhead storage and onboard restrooms makes the transit part of the learning day instead of the exhausting part. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when requesting your quote.
Call 820-348-8290 to get started!

Camarillo Sporting Event Transportation
Camarillo fans heading to Los Angeles for Rams, Chargers, or Dodgers games face the same US-101-to-I-405 pinch that makes driving yourself a gamble on game days. SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) sits about 60 miles southeast, and on a Sunday afternoon with a 1:25 PM kickoff, the southbound 101 through Thousand Oaks and Calabasas is already congested two hours before game time. Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is roughly the same distance, and Stadium Way is notoriously slow on sell-out nights — the lot fills fast and rideshare staging is a long walk from most gates.
A Camarillo sporting event charter bus keeps your group together on the highway, handles the drop-off, and eliminates the post-game parking exit wait entirely. For Ventura County sports closer to home, Dallas Cowboys Training Camp at River Ridge Fields in Oxnard draws fans from across the region each summer — and the fields' limited parking along Vineyard Avenue fills well before morning practices begin. Call 820-348-8290 for a fast quote!

Camarillo Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Camarillo and the surrounding wine country corridor — Malibu Canyon, the Santa Ynez Valley, and the Ojai Valley — are among the most sought-after wedding destinations in Southern California, which means venues like Camarillo Ranch, Rancho Dos Pueblos in Goleta, and Casa Romantica in San Clemente regularly host large guest lists arriving from LA, the Valley, and out of state. A Camarillo wedding shuttle bus rental between hotel blocks in Camarillo and ceremony venues in the surrounding hills solves the most common wedding-day logistics problem: guests who don't know the roads, rental cars that need someone to drive them sober, and a venue that has nowhere near enough parking for 150 cars.
A 35-passenger minibus running hotel-to-venue loops throughout the evening keeps the timeline tight and the guest experience smooth. For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party transit with room for gowns, bouquets, and a getting-ready playlist. Weekend hourly rates for a Sprinter limo run $225–$350.
Call 820-348-8290 to lock in your wedding date!

Camarillo Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Move over Napa Valley — Ventura County and the Santa Ynez Valley wine region are the open secret that Camarillo residents have been exploiting for years. A Camarillo winery tour bus rental is the only version of a multi-stop wine trail that actually works. Highway 150 from Ojai toward Santa Paula winds through orange groves and oak-dotted hillsides; it's beautiful and completely undrivable after a full afternoon of tastings.
Popular stops within a 45-minute radius include Ojai Vineyard (109 S Montgomery St, Ojai, CA 93023), Ventura Wine Company in downtown Ventura, and the tasting rooms clustered along Foxen Canyon Road in the Santa Ynez Valley for groups willing to go the extra distance. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus handles the full loop comfortably, with perimeter seating that keeps the conversation going between stops. Weekend hourly rates for a 20-passenger party bus run $275–$350.

It really is that simple.
How much does a party bus cost in Camarillo?
As a planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs about $250–$375 per hour depending on the day; and a full charter bus typically falls in the $200–$350 per hour range. Per-day charter bus rates run approximately $1,350–$2,850. How do I get a group to the Santa Barbara Bowl from Camarillo?
The Santa Barbara Bowl is about 35 miles northwest of Camarillo via US-101. The venue sits in a hillside residential neighborhood with extremely limited street parking — the Bowl's own site recommends rideshares or shuttles for most attendees. A charter bus or minibus from Camarillo drops your group right at the venue entrance and stages nearby or at a designated pickup point for the post-show exit, avoiding the narrow neighborhood street scramble entirely.
A 15-35 passenger minibus is usually the right size for a friend or family group heading to a show.
Is SoFi Stadium accessible by charter bus from Camarillo?
Yes — SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) is about 60 miles southeast via US-101 and I-405. Stadium-operated parking requires advance purchase and the surrounding Inglewood streets are heavily congested on event days. A charter bus from Camarillo consolidates your group for the highway run, drops everyone at the designated commercial vehicle area near the stadium, and eliminates the post-event parking exit wait.
For Rams, Chargers, or major concert nights at SoFi, book your Camarillo charter bus at least 4–6 weeks out — demand is high on big event weekends.
Can a charter bus reach the Channel Islands Harbor from Camarillo?
Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard is roughly 15 miles west of Camarillo — about a 20-minute run on Pleasant Valley Road or US-101 West. The Harbor hosts boat tours, the annual Channel Islands Harbor Boat Parade, and year-round dining along the waterfront. Parking at the Harbor is free but limited on busy weekend afternoons and during events, and circling the lot in a convoy of cars is a real nuisance.
A minibus handles the entire group in one shot and drops everyone at the Harbor entrance.
What's the best vehicle for a Camarillo winery tour?
For groups of 15–25, a party bus is the go-to: perimeter seating keeps the group social between stops, and there's no one designated to stay sober. For smaller groups of 8–14, a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van is a cleaner, more intimate option. For larger groups of 30–50 heading out to the Santa Ynez Valley together, a charter bus handles the highway run comfortably and has undercarriage storage for any cases you pick up along the way.
The specific wineries on your route also matter: some tasting rooms on narrow Foxen Canyon Road aren't accessible to full-size 45-foot coaches — mention your stops when you call 820-348-8290 so the right vehicle gets matched to your route.
How far in advance should I book a Camarillo party bus?
For most events, 4–6 weeks of lead time gives you solid selection and reasonable pricing. For prom and homecoming season (April–June), book by January — the 6-week window when Ventura County high schools hold their dances drains availability fast, and waiting until March typically means premium pricing or nothing available in your vehicle size. For summer winery tours and Santa Barbara Bowl concerts (Memorial Day through Labor Day), 6–8 weeks out is smart.
Art Basel and New Year's Eve? Three months minimum. The earlier you call 820-348-8290, the better the options.
Popular Camarillo Party Bus Destinations
Camarillo is a short drive from some of Ventura County's best venues, wine country, coastline, and stadium-level event infrastructure. Here's what your bus is actually navigating when it heads to these spots — and why having one makes sense for each.

Camarillo Ranch
Camarillo Ranch (201 Camarillo Ranch Rd, Camarillo, CA 93012) is a 19th-century Victorian estate set on 4.5 acres in the heart of the city — one of the most booked private event and wedding reception venues in Ventura County. The Ranch's event lot handles moderate crowds comfortably, but when attendance pushes past 150 and guests are arriving from Santa Barbara, the San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles, scattered parking becomes a real coordination problem. A shuttle bus running loops from a central hotel block — say, the Courtyard or Springhill Suites on Daily Dr — drops guests at the Ranch entrance and eliminates the need to stake out parking on a narrow residential street.
Post-event pickup is straightforward: one vehicle, one staging point, everyone out together. Call 820-348-8290 to quote a Camarillo Ranch shuttle!

Ventura County Fairgrounds
The Ventura County Fairgrounds (10 W Harbor Blvd, Ventura, CA 93001) hosts the annual Ventura County Fair each August — a 14-day run that draws roughly 200,000 attendees and fills the Seaside Park lots well before the afternoon session opens. The Fairgrounds also hosts concerts, swap meets, and major public events throughout the year. Street parking in the surrounding Ventura beachfront neighborhood is extremely limited, and Harbor Boulevard backs up badly during peak evening sessions.
A charter bus from Camarillo drops your group at the main entrance on Harbor Blvd and stages in the commercial vehicle area — no lot-hunting, no 15-minute walk from a remote field. The roughly 20-mile run from Camarillo takes about 25 minutes via US-101 West in normal traffic.

Santa Barbara Bowl
The Santa Barbara Bowl (1122 N Milpas St, Santa Barbara, CA 93103) is a 4,562-seat outdoor amphitheater set into a hillside above downtown Santa Barbara — one of the most scenic and most logistically challenging concert venues in Southern California. The Bowl sits in a residential neighborhood where street parking is almost nonexistent; the venue's official guidance actively discourages driving and recommends rideshares and shuttles for most attendees. The post-show backup on US-101 South from Santa Barbara toward Ventura is a consistent frustration — it typically takes 30–45 minutes to clear the immediate Bowl area on a sold-out night.
A Camarillo concert bus rental sidesteps all of it: one vehicle, confirmed pickup point, everyone out of the neighborhood before the worst of the exit congestion sets in.

Channel Islands Harbor
Channel Islands Harbor (3600 S Harbor Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93035) is Ventura County's largest recreational harbor — 2,600 boat slips, waterfront dining along the South Harbor promenade, whale-watching departures, and a year-round events calendar that includes the Holiday Boat Parade in December and the Channel Islands Harbor Seafood Festival. The Harbor's free parking lot is popular and fills up on weekend afternoons; the main lot off Harbor Blvd gets congested quickly when a waterfront event is running. A minibus from Camarillo — about 15 miles west on Pleasant Valley Road — handles the whole group in one trip and drops everyone at the Harbor entrance on South Harbor Blvd. For the Holiday Boat Parade, book well in advance: it's one of the most-attended events in the county.

California State University Channel Islands
California State University Channel Islands (1 University Dr, Camarillo, CA 93012) sits on the former Camarillo State Hospital campus — 1,200 acres of Spanish mission-style architecture and open grounds right inside city limits, making it one of the most visually striking campuses in the CSU system. CSUCI hosts graduation ceremonies, public lectures, performing arts events, and large donor and alumni gatherings throughout the year. Campus parking is permit-controlled on weekdays, and major event days — especially May commencement — fill every available lot and push overflow onto Lewis Road.
A charter bus shuttling family groups from hotels on Daily Drive or Oxnard's Convention Center corridor to the CSUCI event entrance eliminates the permit puzzle entirely. The campus is roughly 10 minutes from central Camarillo.

SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) is the home of the LA Rams and LA Chargers — and at roughly 60 miles southeast of Camarillo via US-101 and I-405, it's the most common long-haul destination for Camarillo sports groups. The stadium's 70,000-seat capacity and the surrounding Hollywood Park development mean all event parking must be purchased in advance; day-of lot availability is not guaranteed. The I-405/I-110 interchange near the stadium is the single biggest chokepoint on the return trip — on sell-out Sunday games, it's not unusual for that stretch to add 40–60 minutes to the drive home.
A Camarillo charter bus to SoFi Stadium drops your group at the designated commercial vehicle arrival area, keeps everyone together for the post-game exit, and handles the I-405 crawl without anyone behind the wheel. For major playoff games and concert nights, book 6–8 weeks out.
